After that, some options will open in front of you, and you will be asked for your mobile number. So, the thing to note is that you do not have to put +91 while filling in the mobile number; you simply have to enter your 10-digit mobile number as soon as you enter your 10-digit mobile number. After that, there will be a captcha code below; you have to fill it in.
After filling it out, you get an option to validate the captcha. You have to click on it as soon as you click on it. A (one-time password) OTP will be sent to that mobile number of yours; see that (one-time password) OTP, that 6-digit (one-time password) OTP has been sent to your mobile. You have to enter it here; after entering it, you have to click on the Login button.
After that, three options will open in front of you. In which you will get the option of Not My Number, Not required, Required. So let me tell you that if you click on Not My Number, then your number will be closed. Because that number is not yours, and you are not using it. That is why you have used this button.
Not required. If you have used this button, then it means that you do not need that SIM card. You have not used that SIM card for a long time. And why is it still active? You will put in a request to close it. Check that the SIM card is properly and report by clicking on the Not Required option. Then, that SIM card will be closed, and you will not face any problems.
Required It means that if you have a SIM card which you never want to close. So you can tell them by clicking on this kiss option that this SIM card is very important to us and you should not close it.
